Develop potential opportunities, contribute to capital planning and create plans, budgets and forecasts.

Workplace strategy and Change Management
Influence Workplace strategy and designs with industry best-practices. Help manage the change process.

Life cycle execution
Responsible for the lifecycle execution of real estate management and governance within the country’s office portfolio.

Project Management and delivery
Lead the end-to-end project delivery for construction and redevelopment projects.

Partner with internal stakeholders
Business & Leadership, Finance, HR, Facilities Services, IT, Security, Communications, Legal, etc.
